Good Tuesday Morning!

Today the Weekly Warrior is about maintaining our efforts toward mitigating COVID in School.

In an effort to remain vigilant about safety at school, Mrs. Urzen, R.N (School Nurse) took time last week to go classroom to classroom to review our COVID Health and Safety Plan here at school, specifically focusing on proper mask wearing.

I have attached a copy of pictures of proper mask wearing for you (from Mrs. Urzen). Additionally I remind you that masks are to be worn on the transportation to and from school, as well as in school each day. Our students need to follow the COVID Plan as we have outlined and reviewed with them; they have adjusted to this new norm very positively over the last (almost) two years!

Mrs. Urzen has also provided (attached here as well) some post vaccine possible side effects for students as you begin to choose or not to vaccinate your child. I encourage you to share with Mrs. Urzen any concern you have pre- or post vaccination of your child pertaining to side effects noticed here at school.  She is a great first point of contact for school-related concerns.

Lastly, I remind you that each Tuesday we have COVID testing done here at school.  If you would like to sign your child(ren) up for the testing, please let me know and we will once again get the link to you.
