Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year is now open!

To enroll your child with us, please print out and complete the 2021-2022 Enrollment Form, attached below. In addition to the completed packet, you will also need to provide to us a copy of your child’s birth certificate, social security card, 4 proofs of residence, and current immunizations. Once all of this is received, your child’s spot will be held for the 2021-2022 school year.

Please note: Enrollment packets will be dated and numbered as they are received. Due to social distancing guidelines, there is a maximum amount of students we can accommodate for in-person learning. When you return the completed packet we will ask you, if in-person learning is full, would you still like to enroll your child for virtual learning. Our main goal is the safety of our students.
