Dear Parents and Guardians,
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE START OF SCHOOL
Over the weekend, we developed an HVAC System issue that is impacting our ability to open school on time. My apologies for the short notice, but we were just able to develop a correction plan today.
We are canceling classes this Wednesday, (September 1st), Thursday (September 2nd) and Friday (September 3rd) due to the HVAC problem. We will not have the technological and electronic supports in place to operate the school until next Tuesday the 7th.
We WILL be back on our normal schedule beginning Tuesday September 7th; ALL students will report on the 7th (Kindergarten through 8th grade) and we all have an 11:00 a.m. dismissal.
We will have our first full day of school for EVERYONE on the 8th of September, as was scheduled.
My apologies for the delay in the start of school and the need for you to make last-minute changes. This is a HVAC situation that we need to address ASAP.

To ensure that everyone stays connected, you will also be receiving an email, later today from your child’s homeroom teacher. There are two reasons for this: first, as a second notice of what we are doing AND most importantly a request for you to email the homeroom teacher to let him/her know that you got this important message. Included in their email will be information about the REMIND App. If the homeroom teacher does not hear from you, via an email response, our teachers will be making phone calls tomorrow to touch base.
