Authority: The School Board acknowledges the following will be shared with parents/guardians requesting in-school private therapy sessions for their child(ren). Parents/Guardians will be required to acknowledge receipt of this policy in writing, by email, or through verbal acknowledgment provided to a school administrator or designee.
Policy: You have requested that your child access private therapy by remote link during the school day. We are willing to allow such access, subject to the availability of appropriate space. Such access may be obtained only on a Fell Charter approved device furnished by Fell Charter School.
Our allowance should not be construed as an acknowledgement that such therapy is educationally necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue this arrangement should we determine that it is too disruptive for your child or that we do not have the space or internet access sufficient to support it.
