Greetings FCS Community:

I hope you and your families are enjoying a restful summer. In just about one month, believe it or not, we will welcome students back to school! As we approach August, I wanted to share with you the 2025-2026 school calendar. This calendar can be found on our website and lists the important dates and events occurring during the school year. I am also attaching it to this email.

Please note that the first day of school is August 27th for grades 1-8. School will dismiss at 11 AM every day for the first week, and no meal service will be provided until 9/3.

As August approaches, we are already at work preparing the building for the return of the students. Several projects have been ongoing, including roof repairs, painting, stripping and waxing floors, and installing new classroom projectors. The school has also replaced and updated all of its security cameras to state-of-the-art technology so that we can continue to prioritize the safety of all students and staff members.
