Dear Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for your patience and willingness to move to virtual today while the power was out here at school.  It appears that we will be all set for in-person school tomorrow.  The power is back on and we are getting the heat/water reset for tomorrow. Phones are still giving us a bit of trouble.  If they are not up and running by tomorrow, we will use REMIND and email to communicate.  We will all have our cell phones in case of any emergency needs.  Our goal is for this to be resolved by tomorrow.

I have just a few reminders for you today as we move closer and closer to the super busy part of the school year: 4th quarter!

Once we get beyond March, I will be able to confirm dates and times for Kindergarten Graduation, 8th grade graduation and all other end of year events.

We are coming up on the state mandated testing (PSSA’s) in April for grades 3 through 8.  This is just an early reminder that we need students to be here on time, having had a good night’s rest, fed, and ready to put their best foot forward. 

Our ELA tests will be April 22, 23 and 24.  Our math tests are April 29 and 30.  Science for grades 4 and 8 only are set for May 1 and 2.  As we get closer, I will continue to send information in the Warrior,  on testing.  

Field Trips are coming up so please make sure that all medical documents are in to Mrs. Urzen, RN (School Nurse).
